Greetings,
During the last few days we have conducted smoke testing on Chrome 38 and a
full test on Firefox 32.
Maybe you should send the links listing all the tests you did in this “report”?
For example for 6.2.1:
http://test.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/QA/XWiki+6.2.1
628 tests, impressive! I wish more were automated and not manual though…
BTW I think that a lot of those tests are already covered by our automated tests and could
be skipped from being done manually (I believe I’ve mentioned this several times already
in the past ;)), thus saving you unnecessary work and freeing your time for doing more
advanced testing, like tests on more DBs, more browsers or do other types of tests
(performance for example). WDYT?
This link offers an overview of the issues and
improvements reported by the
team on the 6.2.1 version:
http://jira.xwiki.org/issues/?jql=affectedVersion%20in%20%28%226.2.1%22%29
Actually this link lists all the issues reported against 6.2.1, not just the ones reported
by the XWiki SAS QA team. You’d need to use the “reporter” condition to filter that if you
wanted.
We shall continue testing for other issues and
improvements.
Have a good day!
Thanks a lot for your help!
