Anyone know how to make XWiki look like Wikipedia? I know, I know what you are thinking. But I have a request from someone to make it look like that. Any ideas?

That was one of my plans, when XWiki 2.0 was ready, to make some XWiki appearances, to show that XWiki can look and behave as any other popular wiki engine. This would involve using the specific URL, the specific syntax, and the default skin. As Vincent said, making the skin look like wikipedia is a simple task, meaning that you just need to change some templates and some css files.
