After the upgrade (from 7.4.2), I got the Distribution Wizard, but it seemed to stop at one point and gave me 2 options: Later & Never. I have no idea why. I hit Later, then restarted, did not get the wizard again. We are able to login, but the only user that can Edit is the "Admin" account, and no account has links (access) to the "admin" pages. I'm not sure what to do to fix this problem.
