Hello !
Is there a way to retrieve the list of available skins from the wiki? I know
i can search the pages from XWiki.XWikiSkins class, but this way i don't
retrieve the skins that are stored into a folder (like albatross, dodo..etc
in XWiki). Is there a trick to get automatically the list of all the skins
(those with a XWikiSkins object + those stored in a folder) ?
It would be useful for example if you want to give the possibility to the
user to choose his skin into a selectbox, without having to add manually
each skin to the box, each time one skin is added.

I am certainly prepared to be wrong (and probably am), but I think you'd
have to create a skin object that was based off of each filesystem skin..
(I think the DefaultSkin, for example, is based off of albatross..). So if
you made a FinchSkin, and a Dodo skin, etc., you'd get what you wanted.

Indeed, for the moment that's the only way to achieve this. And in the
future, I think this would be the only way to make a skin work,
meaning that each skin will need an XWikiSkin object to work. Just an
idea, nothing decided yet, but there are some major changes planned in
the way skins work.
