Hi, jeremi,
"the site fail to function" means the browser returns messages saying the site
is not responding, etc.
We will consider professional offer when more people in the group are on board (and not
complaining).

 We had a problem recently with our mysql server, we lost a hard disk
 (one of our 4 HD of the Raid5, so no data lose). So we change the
 configuration of XWiki to go to send request to one of our slave
 server which is slower. We have asked to change this machine, so soon
 we will have a new one, for better performance.

Other sites are responding quickly.   Does
 
writing/editing wiki pages causing troubles?
