Hi, jeremi,
"the site fail to function" means the browser returns messages saying the site
is not responding, etc.
We will consider professional offer when more people in the group are on board (and not
complaining).

  Hi;
I don't think it's because of 2 or 3 people at the same time on one
wiki. hundreds of persons are using wikis on
XWiki.com at the same
 time as you.
We had a problem recently with our mysql server, we lost a hard disk
(one of our 4 HD of the Raid5, so no data lose). So we change the
configuration of XWiki to go to send request to one of our slave
server which is slower. We have asked to change this machine, so soon
we will have a new one, for better performance.
what do you mean by "the site fail to function" ?
If you want better performance, we have a professionnal offer on other
server with better support. for this contact luis(a)xwiki.com .

  Hi, jeremi,
 My sites are on
XWiki.com. I found that it is not the pages or objects on the
site that matters, it is when 2 or 3 people are writing to pages the performance
is affected. It happens when people are working on different pages on the same
site. It is not easy for us to repeat and identify the cause, I wonder if other
users have notice this. Sometimes, after speed loss, the site fail to function.
Since multiple people working/writing to the same site is a part of using Wiki,
we need to keep the sites perform reasonably good.
