Havent been able to find any lessons learned on how to convert from Ubuntu
deployment to Windows.
Is it trivial?
Any gotchas I need to know about?
Any recommendations/guides?
From 3.2 to current version also.

There's no conversion needed… That's the nice point of using Java ;)
All you need to do is to backup your install and restore it on the new machine, see

I don't know any but backup/restore should be enough.
BTW usually people move from windows to unix ;)
From 3.2 to current version also.
If I were you I'd start to convert to the same version, verify everything works and
then only upgrade to the latest version.
Make sure you read the release notes for versions between 3.2 and 4.1.3.
