Not sure but if I recall well, the skin files move into another directories. At
least, the colibri.css should be in skins/colibri directory from now (don't
remember for 5.4.4).
Also, Flamingo is the default skin on 6.3. You should ensure that Colibri is
still the skin you're using.

A valid CSS code is also a valid LESS code. LESS is CSS plus something
extra. So you should be able to copy the CSS you had in Colibri before
to one of the LESS files from Flamingo. If you're too scared about
LESS, then as an alternative you can create a SSX (style sheet
extension xobject) with scope "Always on this wiki" and put the CSS
code there.
