Hello XWiki Community,
If I edit a page I get mail notifications for the pages I changed myself. I propose to
change the API in the way that only changes done by others are sent.

I guess that would be something like: http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-10612
Unfortunately nobody had the time to look into that yet, but patches would be highly
welcome!
