Hi,
I'm using platform version 1.5.2, and when I navigate to a page that
uses the wysiwyg editor in the Safari browser, I get a popup that says:

Please use the Firefox browser to take advantage of these features.
The tinymce site says that it's compatible with Safari. Is this a
version problem? If so, can someone give me a procedure for using a
new version of tinymce? Is it simply downloading and replacing the
tiny_mce directory?
Hi,
We are using a modified version of an old tinymce release (at least 2
years old). We don't plan to upgrade since we're in the process of
dropping this tinymce based editor in favor of a new one developped by
the XWiki team. An alpha version of this new editor based on GWT is
available in our last release (XE 1.7).
Note that an upgrade is currently very difficult, since we modified a
lot of the tinyMCE sources. If you want to upgrade, you must do a diff
between the xwiki sources and the original tinyMCE sources, and port the
changes to the new tinyMCE.
