Hi Vincent,

You're perfectly right! I got confused because I test things on a local
machine first, before applying them to our wiki. The test platform uses
the 1.0-beta release of XWiki, that seems to behave differently!

 I think you're getting the edit tabs and not the
administration tabs.  
...
 In any case have you checked the Panel on the right of
your screen.  
It should be there with ability to add properties...
