Hi,
I'm a new XWiki user, and I've just noticed that comments made to pages
don't appear in the "Recent Changes" section, unless I select "Show
minor
edits". Is there any way to make comments "normal" edits? This is quite
inconvenient since comments are an important part of my wiki. Any help is
much appreciated!

Which XWiki version are you using? In which browser?
In XWiki Enterprise 1.8 there is a special icon on the dashboard to show
that a comment has been added to a document, and clicking on "show comment"
displays it right on the dashboard, which is the expected behavior...
