  Thomas Hi!
Why can't I have <CTALearning>.myxwiki.org? do I have to register the ID on the
website?

Sure you can but i did not understood what you meant by <NormanRides>.CTALearning.
Note that it will be
ctalearning.myxwiki.org because it has to be lower case.
BTW i did not asked you what was your organization domain but what domain you wanted to
access the wiki, i.e.
ctalearning.myxwiki.org.
Note that all that is written in the main page of
myxwiki.org

  Thomas Hi!
 It is:
 <NormanRides>.CTALearning
 Our organisational domain is
CTAUK.org Is this the correct format?

 We can add
ctauk.org to access the wiki if you want but we also need an id for your wiki
that will be used in <id>.myxwiki.org.

ctauk.myxwiki.org ?

  Dear Colleagues,
I am requesting assistance with setting up an xwiki to create a
learning environment for a project I manage. Within the xwiki there
will be eight Business Development Managers from small charitable
organisations who provide Community Transport. The aim is to share
learning through the xwiki and create a shared body of knowledge
which will then be made available through the CTA to all rural community transport
providers.
