You can check the wiki code from xwiki.org on http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/XWikiOrgCode/WebHome It's not out of the box and there is some customization to be done if you want to xwiki.org look (installing Junco skin http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Junco+Skin , modifying some templates, custom styling, etc.) I would suggest you first try the Leiothrix Skin http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Leiothrix+Skin done by nlemoine. It might be easier to set up while giving you a website, centered look.
