Problem with this is that it exposes code from tools to users... any way
to disable this?

New subject: [xwiki-users] Section edits
Globally, yes. Look in xwiki.cfg, you'll see "xwiki.section.edit=1". Just
change to 0.
Per page or per space, not yet.
