It depends. As a general rule only committers have binding vote but anyone can vote (non-binding). And most votes happen on the devs list. That said, on this specific topic, we'll probably take into account everyone's vote since it's a very user-oriented topic. Thanks -Vincent

Hi all, I cannot see the E,F and G links, they give a template not found error on a green Xwiki background. I would say +1 for proposal 2 (blue) and +1 for Scheme B.
