Hi devs,
I am developing a Java component that provides methods accessed through a
script service. I need to modify XWiki pages, thus i need the context and,
if i remember well, to add the "xwiki-platform-oldcore" dependency in the
pom.xml file.
Unfortunately maven cannot resolve the dependency, saying that "the
artifact is missing".
Someone can help me?
Giordano.
Bonjour!
I'm starting to settle in to things here at XWiki, which means I'm
starting to find some minor bugs that I can fix (on the way to fixing a
larger one).
As such, Caleb suggested I ask here to be given access to the
github.com/xwiki-contrib/ organization so I can push my changes.
Since that puts me in a position to do some minor damage to the state of
the HEAD, are there any procedures or guidelines I should follow when
making changes?
Thanks in advance,
Aaron

hehe, I don’t think ClassCaseException exists in Java ;)
CaseClosedException would be fun but alas it doesn’t exist either!

Hello everyone,
I've created a form which used the "Suggest Widget" extension for fields.
I've been able to make the code from the Autosuggest widget work, which can
be found in this tutorial
<http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/DevGuide/AutoSuggestWidget> .
I'm trying to show the pages prettyName instead of the pages FullName and
also i want to make the suggestion to be links not just a simple text.
Has someone already done this before or can help me out with this ?
Thank you
Much appreciated,

Dear devs,
I am wondering on how to add to a page a button that, when it is clicked,
will start a Java component through a scripting service. I would also the
space name to my component.
It is possible to do that?
Thanks,
Giordano.
Hello devs,
I'd like a repository on xwiki-contrib for the Command Runner api (name of
the repo: api-commandrunner).
Command Runner run a native/shell command in XWiki and get the result.
More information on the application is available in this link below.
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/CommandRunner
Thanks,
Mohamed
Hello devs,
I'd like a repository on xwiki-contrib for the XWikiTube application (name
of the repo: application-xwikitube).
The XWikiTube application will allow users to manage their videos on an
XWiki plateforme.
More information on the application is available in this link below.

Thanks,
Mohamed
Hi devs,
REST service of XWiki is pretty good. And the documentation is almost
complete... but it's a long, long page, a bit difficult to read and to
find the information.
But hey, guess what? XWiki is a perfect tool to document that. So I've
started a prototype with AWM to do that.
On the following link, you'll find a few images and a XAR with the
application and a few samples of REST documentation.

Tell me what you think.
Thanks,
