Thanks Vincent. I`ve wrote the mail in a hurry.
Basically, the user profile sheet was also modified to read these section
objects that contain a list of XWikiUsers class properties. The
translations keys for the sections are generated using the section name
(from the admin section) and the translations for the properties are
actually the translated pretty names.
Another thing to note is that, in the previous version, the email
obfuscation was performed in the sheet itself. Now it is performed in the
email property of the XWikiUsersClass, using the custom display feature.

The first version is without javascript.
Please have a look at the pull request [1] (and the issue [2]) and cast
your vote whether we can merge it into master for 4.0M2 or not.
Here's my +1.
Would you have some screenshots too to easily see the new admin screen
