Thanks Ludovic!
Your tips did help to resolve that problem. Then, I faced the following
warning for the Ant taskdef "cactus.tasks":
"taskdef A class needed by class
org.apache.cactus.integration.ant.CactusTask cannot be found
junit.framework.TestListener"
This warning was causing a build failure.
This warning is still showing up ... but the following information by
Chris Huisman and Vincent Massol helped me to find a workaround of it.

The build requires Java 1.5, because of the eXoPlatform jars.
We are aware of this dependency and will be looking at ways to reduce it
