Incubator should be more stable now as well.
I would also like IRC not listening to minor edits on
this wiki so people
could freely edit|comment the design pages. This means having a workable
wiki, not just a showroom|display one.
I'd rather have it enabled by default, but make the bot support a
"!silence design:Space.Page" command which will not notify updates on a
document for a period of time.
