Developing XWiki with Eclipse using Jetty+HSQL xwiki install

I'm interested in trying out this packaging. However, this link gives a 404 not found. The reason I'm interested is because I'm interested in doing XWiki development with Eclipse. I think it would be quicker and simpler to set up Eclipse to develop XWiki with Jetty / HSQL than as a traditional web app with Tomcat and PHP. Can anyone provide some pointers?
