-1 for the moment. This will expose critical information from xwiki.cfg:
$xwiki.getXWikiPreference("none", "xwiki.superadmin", "")
$xwiki.getXWikiPreference("none",
"xwiki.authentication.validationKey", "")
We do need a generic preference access API, but it needs to be safe to use.
