The discussion is not about how to setup infra for XWiki in general but about the setup
for
xwiki.org and
myxwiki.org
Also since there are very large emails that'll be sent it's better to have a
separate list IMO, especially since those will interest about 0% of users. XWiki
committers should be interested by those so the devs list would be a better candidate but
since the topic is quite separate a new list is better IMO, even though it would be great
if most xwiki devs are subscribed to it and thus help manage the
xwiki.org community
