Hi,
This issue is fixed in 2.2 & trunk along with new refactorings.
I also committed a different fix for 2.1 branch.
Btw, I think you should be using trunk (2.3) if you are doing any
developments.

convert ,since it had some folders already which prevents the conversion,
Now i am using xwiki 2.2 which i do not get that error hope this is fixed

new release.
So i suspect whether upgrading the XE would solve the issue ,I tried to
reproduce it but i failed Since i could not build the earlier version( 2.0
)
which i used earlier.
