+1 in general. Looks good.
Some questions:
1) Do you put edit comments in the recent changes too? I think it
would be good if not
2) What happens if there are no tags? No tags sections shown or some
text explaining how to add tags (probably better)?
3) Do we also have a panel for the tag cloud (I think it would be good
too)
