I got the same earlier today, so I think the objectweb server had some
technical problems. You should try again.

OK i can use succesfully use this command

and i downloaded XWiki.but in the end i received
following message

svn: Can't connect to host
'svn.forge.objectweb.org': Connection refused
This shouldn't happen. You sure your internet connection was fine? or may be
objectweb had a little down time...
try it agian and check if it happens all the time...
