The changes that are displayed are related to the current day, so if was so much activity, that will be interesting to be shown. If you think this is too much, we can display just the first 5/10 changes and leave the rest for the expanded view (Have a "..." marker and have the text "15 changes by 3 contributors" shown the total changes made on that page).
