This way, new people in our organisation can just look at the organogram to
see who is who! :-)
Yes, it is (but you have to code the UI yourself). You can add a new
field to the XWikiUsers class, let's say "department", and you can then
use that field to put users in their right department, and later put
them in the right column based on the value stored there.
