Thanks for your quick response Jerem.
Wget failed due to the site having an SSL certificate / smart card
requirement.
I'm going to look further into that since its the closer I've been so far.
It seems like if I am already doing dumps of the database, I do not really
need to export the Xwiki. Is that an accurate assesment?
