XWiki has a abstract data model so a large database of users do not cause
problems ?
For increased performance you could enable custom mapping for the
XWiki.XWikiUsers class. A mapping made some time ago is already present
in the xwiki.hbm.xml file, commented out, near the end of the file. If
you need additional fields in the user class, don't forget to add them
in the mapping too.
Also i have weekly users synchronization i guess use
scheduler application

Where would you get the users from? Note that XWiki already has some
support for LDAP/ActiveDirectory.
