Oh ok. So I need to get into the actual server that Xwiki is installed
in to change some of the layout options?
I have admin account but don't have access to the server yet.

I hit view page source. This is in the Page source and adds the
tags[+] on the bottom left and created by on the right.
Where is this coming from. My xwiki page code has nothing like that at
all anywhere in it! This is also site wide, not just
on this page.
Where can I go to edit this?
In the file system, go to: webapps\xwiki\skins\colibri\docextra.vm
Tags are in webapps\xwiki\templates\documentTags.vm
