Making it configurable seems negative so no configuration yet.
Here come the big patches for XE and applications trunk.
In fact I need a vote for applications as theses are used in 1.5 :
1) create a branch for each of them 2) rename it and XE 1.5 will have some page
containing .xml in its XAR
package (this is not a problem core support importing pages with any
names since before 1.0 AFAIK)
+1 (since the import of a xar containing pages with the xml extension
has been tested on XE 1.4 and 1.5, right ?). 3) do nothing
Considering you last commit: -1, it'd mean that official xars would
stay the same while user created xars (with 1.6) now contain pages
with the xml extension.
