Base level tools are
written (TransactionRunnable), tested, and proposed for inclusion and awaiting
review.
Filesystem tools and Serialization tools are written and tested, will be proposed after
base level
tools are included.
AttachmentStore is written and tested.
AttachmentVersioningStore is written, needs testing.
AttachmentRecyclebinStore needs to be written. Should be a quick job since the tools are
there.
Need another day or 2 on locking to handle deadlock situations.
