"Professional support" is a generic term than means $$$
And Professional support on our page is clearly business support and paying. There’s no
logic in renaming our Community Support as Professional Support IMO.
- Maybe it would look more comforting to know first
hand that professional
support is available to solve your problems and your needs and also
discover the community option along the way. Showing only the community
option or putting it first would lose (IMO) one of XWiki's strength, which
is the the existence of professional support options.
-- Additionally, community support is also a bit
"implied" by the fact that
XWiki is open source :)
So we deliver an open source product and you think we should have a panel that only
advertise business support (that’s what our professional support is about) but not the
community one. How weird! :)
