If you have an easy way to reproduce the issue you can explain in a
jira issue you should always create one. At worst we will indicate
won't fix we explanation why but I don't have the filling this is a

IIRC I replied[1] that I'm using Admin solely and it does have disabled auto
watch by default and you already replied to it too [2]

It does not work that way, mails are created based on users bookmarked
pages.
If so, then why I do get OOM error and Notifier seems to be the cause?
