As for the code name scheme, with regard to recent events involving a fair portion of the XWiki Development team [2], I would like to propose the use of cocktail names as code names. Some examples - for the sake of illustration : XWiki "Cuba Libre" 2.5, XWiki "White Russian" 2.6, XWiki "Bloody Mary" 3.0, etc. you name it! [3].
