The fix to reduce the likelihood of duplicate document id has to go in as
well, I would like to introduce it in 3.5, unless you really prefer to wait
for 4.x. I'll need at least some help for testing on PostgreSQL and Oracle.
I can be the release manager of 3.5 but we need a release manager for
the beginning of the 4.x cycle.
