For Subclipe you need to read http://tmate.org/svn/subclipse.html very
closely (especially the part about " User name for ssh connection will be
taken from SVN Repository properties that may be altered in Subclipse SVN
Repositories view.").
It should work fine.

It's a gui for svn written in java. He works well on linux.
