Now that we have agreed on the "wiki explorer" thing I've updated the
link proposal accordingly.

I've tried to spot all the items that we'd want to discuss but I may
have forgotten some of them, feel free to raise new discussions.
I can see 2 things missing:
1) The filter box to help look for the page the user is looking for
without having to browse
2) The advanced option to be able to specify any parameter (% a=b ...
%) in wiki syntax
2) should probably only be visible for advanced users. For 1) I'm not
sure.
0+ as filter looks like a search field but is not a search...
Also can you specify how the wiki address field works? Is it auto
suggest?

2) Number of wizard steps

We have a major difference between external and internal links,
pasting a URL doesn't require a fancy editor. We could :
a) Have 2 steps to be consistent with the internal insertion. First
step : link URL, second step : link options.
b) Ease the edit work and have all the settings in the same screen
(URL + options), this is how I've presented it in the mockup.
