Hints could be added (as suggested by Guillaume) and maybe we could use a
smaller (non standard) font-size in order to limit its size.
Otherwise hitting the configuration anytime you would like to see
notifications could be a discomfort.
Depends what is our priority: reading
or managing the notifications.
Managing the notifications is one thing. Checking the watch *state* for the
current page ("am I watching this page?") is another thing, which should
not be hidden behind 2 clicks, but that's just my opinion. Maybe the users
don't care that much where the current page is being watched or not.
