I am still surprised that no-one expressed this

a faithful document-change-notification, this looks like the prime thing for
any form of change tracking, the scheduler approach still seems to be able
to miss parts.
This requirement has been expressed, that's why we developed the
watchlist application, to help people to keep track of the changes
made in the wiki.
My easiest wish would be that an implementation
of the interface as in the
pirc-bot would just be accepted as notification page. Is that not doable?
