I had some problems with the changed APIs that were causing the Lucene
plugin to fail to start, which I got finally fixed. I'll start

Thus I propose that:
- we don't add new stuff to master except bug fixes and commits related to the issues
above
- we push the 3.2M3 release to Monday 26 Sep. This means being ready to release this
Thursday 22nd so that we can be sure we'll release on Monday 26.
- we push the 3.2RC1 release to Monday 3rd of October (one week after M3 only)
- 3.2Final stays on the 10th of October.
