superadmin is a special user, doing special changes, which should never
be content changes that users should see.
On the other hand, if somebody gains (unauthorized) access to the
superadmin account, this won't be detected easily, since there are no
notifications about his changes.
On the third hand, an experienced hacker will be able to hide his
actions anyway, so keeping the notifications solves only half of the
problem.
