Yeah. and virtual device should be started. Then adb will automatically
detect running device and use it for testing. :)
Done, an emulator with a 2.1 (API 7) device is automatically started
with jenkins on agent-3.

Tell me if you want some specific setup for the
definition of the
screen or whatever, currently it's using the default.
There is no need to setup other settings and it should also work with any
configuration :)
