Nothing that comes to mind...
If you manage to replicate this problem on a fresh instance of XWiki, then
please create a bug report on jira.xwiki.org with the exact steps how you
got there. If you manage to do this, then it should not be difficult for a
committer to fix the issue.

I think it's easier to understand with a screen shot (see the
attachment).
How ever I save a new version of a documented, I get a new copy in
preview,
and the changes go never automatically to the target place. After saving
a
document, the wiki jumps to the preview space (with the new version). On
the origin place, is still the firs version.
