Before 5.3, we used to have panel "Wiki Information" [1], by default, on
the right column of new workspaces.
In regular subwikis (not workspaces), we did not have this panel.
I propose to not have it by default on the subwiki configuration. It will
still be possible to add it manually since the panel will still be bundled
in the subwiki application.
Here is my +1.
