Why do you want an "s"? Looking around it's more common I think not to have
an "s". Also we already have 2 lists out of 4 without a plural so I think
it's ok to keep it without the plural.
Actually if we could change things I'd vote for removing the s in the user list too.
I'd also rename the xwiki-commits in xwiki-notification (or xwiki-notifications) as we
should use it for commits + JIRA + build results + xwiki diffs.
do you see some people registered on this list?
There's something wrong with the list. It was probably removed in the past, but not
completely.
We can recreate it.
I can try to recreate it but we need to agree on the name first. I'm all for
xwiki-announce.
