I agree with JV. We should wait. Especially since I don't see any
hurry and especially since users can create a XEM using 1.4 if they
want. It's only a convenience distribution.

I think it would be wise to wait the middel/end of the next week to do
the release, just to be sure there won't be an urgent need for a XE
