Hi,
All is explained in the contrib wiki ! :) [1]
First thing is to request a contrib project on github (see "Requesting a
Project"), so basically you have to propose a name for this project. Then
when someone from xwiki committers finds some time, you'll get your
repository created and you can proceed to next steps ;)
Note: it's a day "off" for many people today in France, so maybe you
won't
get an answer very fast - the list is not very active today as it seems.

PS: sigmajs seems quite nice tool, do you integrate some xwiki-specific
use-cases (like display graph of pages or things like that), or just the
library ?

How are you?
In my company, we have created an XWiki extension that allows use the
sigmajs framework (
sigmajs.org) and we would like to share the extension
with the community. Our idea is create a github project and make it
available through extension manager to the users however we don’t have idea
how to create the github and after that link that with the extension, how
can we do that?
Thank you,
Danilo
