On the logs : 0 error..
I guess the wiki switched to storage of attachments on the file system without migration
the contents of the attachments.
If that steeings has changed, then migrating the attachment is indeed a manual step.

However the attachment storage should not change "by itself" while upgrading.
Anyway, could you please check that the settings xwiki.store.attachment.*.hint are at the
expected values?
