Hello Alain,
Sorry if Vincent was a little harsh on you, I'm sure he didn't mean it.
The database IS the dump you found in /db/ (all 3 files), there are no
other files involved. This is the way hsldb works, it keeps the
database in memory and dumps it to the file every 20 seconds (default
value). See
http://hsqldb.org/doc/guide/ch01.html#N10248 for more
details. Of course, this only works for small wikis, but this is what
the standalone package is for, trying xwiki. If you want to use it in
a large environment, then you should setup a tomcat container and a
serious database.

Hi All,
First of all, it is the *first time* I post *anything* on this list. So
I do sincerely not believe that I stepped over any netiquete rules. I
did make my reseash and I dis spend hours testind and searching. I just
expected to be better received in this comunity.
AND I didn't bet ANY usefull answers *at all*. Nobody seems to know were
the database is, nor seems to care!
Now that I have used my constitutional right to deffend myself, let's go
to the point.

Does anyone kow where the database is?????? Xwiki is the nices wiki
